Wale is back? With another mixtape? About nothing? This leads me to believe that mixtapes will ever increasingly determine a rappers career path. It seems only off the back of an acclaimed mixtape will the general public be treated to an album. Or at least this has been the repetitive cycle occurring in rap. Case examples are Drake with "So far gone", J. Cole "Cole world" Curren$y "Pilot Talk" and Nicki Minaj "Pink Friday" The more thought out these semi "underground" albums are the more likely a record company will (to use a self created vernacular) stash the cashish in your ass hole (If you're a young up and comer that is). But for old timers it is the opportunity to try and recreate the buzz in anticipation for what comes next.

In Wales' case dude has been around for a minute and guest appearances with about everyone should have spurned an album surely?Well apparently not! Dude is still on the mixtape about nothing circuit.
